Distributed control system for PID control in a hydraulic model
Faltus, Ivo ; Šír, Michal (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The work deals with the creation and recovery of hydraulic model needed for filling hot liquid and then cooling it with cold water. The first section contains theoretical information needed to develop and understanding of the project. The second part describes how software and hardware part of the model.
Inovation of drill model design and control
Czipszer, Jiří ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis was to make hardware innovation laboratory task Driller subject Programmable Automation Controllers Technical University in Brno. Innovation of task assignment, for its subsequent implementation into laboratory scripts. For this assignment, create sample programs in the languages used in this subject, protocols suitable for submission and subsequent demonstration to students, as well as visualization.
Model of cleaning station for food processing technology controlled by a control system na PROFIBUS network.
Vyskočil, Jaromír ; Sobotka, Milan (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design, realization and laboratory commissioning of the model of keg / tank cleaning station (CIP) in foodstuff industry. The model uses two cleaning liquids – water and lye. There are several different types of valves used in the CIP model. They serves for inlet and outlet of lye or water and for separation of the both liquids branches. The control system offers monitoring of pressure, volume flow, level of the lye, etc. The measuring devises mostly communicate with PLC via industrial net PROFIBUS-DP and PA. The same net PROFIBUS-DP also provides communication between PLC and distributed control system Festo (valve island). Configuration and set up of the Festo valve island is described in the thesis as well. Further the work presents processing of the analogue values from different transmitters and their representation in a operator panel. Operator panel (OP) serves for control and visualization of the cleaning station. The OP configuration, the screens structure and the full functionality in the CIP station is explained. The individual screen description is incorporated as well. There are three modes of control – manual, semiautomatic and automatic. Automatic control is based on the recipe concept and the cleaning philosophy is split into several phases. The PLC control is presented in the form of flow diagrams algorithms and the program code in STEP7 is enclosed in attachment on CD ROM.
Control system for eccentric press
Zerzánek, Pavel ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and development of control algorithms and visualization system for controlling of eccentric press and its implementation into the press line. As a control system a SIMATIC s7-300 is used and for visualization the touch panel MP370 is implemented. The first part of the thesis describes a technology of the press line. This is followed by the design of hardware equipment and specification of control units. The thesis also provides insight into the creation of PLC program and explanation of specific functions. Finally, the development of visualization of the machine and description of application windows are demonstrated in the present work.
Control of casting line
Surovec, Tomáš ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The thesis especially deals with creating a program for PLC to control a casting line. There is described configuration and the parameters setting of the PLC Simatic S7-300 from Siemens. The control application is created in the software tool STEP 7. Production, properties and parameters of plynosilicate are described in this work. Control of the casting line, the PLC program, the used sensors, the optimization of production per hour and mixing of cold and hot water is also described here.
Function block for Simatic and Sinamics devices applied in speed applications
Vacek, Jakub ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This document contains basic information about the frequency converter SINAMICS S120, modular PLC S7-300 and SIMATIC STEP 7. The function block Standard telegram 9 and a set of functions (Move Absolute, Relative Move, Move Velocity, Jog) written in SIMATIC STEP 7, which is used to control the frequency converter communicating with PLC are also part of this document.
